Strength and Fitness Training!

At Calyb Austin’s Coaching I provide training sessions for strength and conditioning. My aim is to do this in a non judgmental or competitive environment for all levels of experience.
Everybody should be doing strength and fitness training, and I hope to provide the right place for everyone to feel comfortable giving it a go.
It is especially important for women, who are more prone to getting osteoporosis and muscle wasting later in life, which strength training will directly combat against. It is very important to start this as early as possible in life. So now is the time to start.

I can do classes in the morning and afternoon, and I do cheaper deals for women. Also, if you can get a group together (preferably of 3-4) I can make it extra cheap!

As a current medical student and fitness expert, this is my passion, and I hope to share that passion with you and to help you reach your goals, no matter what they might be.
